Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work on diverse projects that allowed me to develop a wide range of skills and contribute meaningfully to my teams. These projects span various industries and have given me hands-on experience in problem-solving, project management, and innovation. Each one has been a key learning opportunity, enabling me to refine my abilities and bring value to the companies I’ve worked with.

Air France KLM

I am responsible for managing the Domestic France Market, overseeing 20+ stations and 36+ suppliers. I maintain the KEOPS Cost Control tool to help monitor supplier costs. I evaluate and improve business processes, anticipate requirements, and implement solutions. I serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users and conduct user acceptance testing. I manage projects by developing plans and tracking performance to ensure timely completion. Additionally, I create dashboards using QlikSense and Power BI to provide KPIs and monitor performance for each station. I also manage a team in Budapest responsible for controlling and validating supplier invoices.

BNP Securities Services

As a PM for the Data & Digital Transformation departments, consisting of over 80 employees across the EMEA and APAC regions, I proposed new strategies to enhance current processes. I automated the Book of Work for each squad within the department by leveraging tools like Alteryx and Power BI, while also distributing and automating key performance indicators (KPIs) to regional management to track headcount and budget. Additionally, I maintained and forecasted the department’s budget and headcount, providing support to the head of the department on ad hoc requests.

BNP Paribas CIB

As a PM for the Chief of Staff of COO, I managed a project portfolio for the Change Management project department consisting of ~100 employees across the US and Canada, overseeing various high-impact projects. I facilitated Portfolio Committees to help senior management prioritize initiatives and drive strategic decisions. I automated Project Portfolio Management processes using SharePoint, Knime, and Power BI, enhancing capabilities for consulting, transformation, and project implementation teams. I also led the development of an Enterprise Project dashboard in collaboration with Data and IT teams, distributing KPIs to regional management. Additionally, I built a digital community by hosting trainings and forums on data self-service tools and contributed to the Agile and DevOps Transformation plan, working closely with IT and business units. I provided ongoing support to the COO’s office, managing ad hoc requests and overseeing the response to the COVID-19 crisis.

Société Générale CIB

As a Business Analyst, I have retrieved business needs, formalized them, and successfully implemented solutions to address those requirements. In my role, I was responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues, conducting functional analysis to assess anomalies, and prioritizing them based on impact and occurrence. I ensured the consistency of daily system checks and alerted the business team in case of suspected issues, while keeping them informed of progress on various requests. Additionally, I gathered business requirements, prepared test plans and functional specifications, and applied ITIL methodology throughout the process. Post-production, I provided user support through training and assistance, and continuously updated documentation and the knowledge base to ensure accuracy.

Air France Cargo

As a Business Analyst, I have analyzed business needs to identify opportunities for improvement in operations and processes, leading to the successful implementation of three major business improvements. I was involved in the design and modification of business and IT systems, collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their challenges. My responsibilities included gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, solving business problems, and designing technical solutions when necessary. I also documented functional and technical designs, worked with system architects and developers to ensure proper implementation, and contributed to system testing. Additionally, I helped create system documentation and user manuals to facilitate smooth adoption.

Crédit Agricole

As an IT Project Manager, I have developed VBA scripts to automate report generation, improving efficiency across various tasks. I optimized the identity management workflow and implemented new access entitlements for financial software, based on recommendations from CAC and IG. Additionally, I improved existing IT processes and applied ITIL methodology to manage and resolve IT anomalies, ensuring smoother project operations.
